Welcome

I am glad you are here!

A smiling woman with blonde hair, glasses, and layered gold necklaces, wearing a black top, sitting in front of a window with greenery outside.

Starting therapy for yourself, your child, or with your partner can feel daunting. By being here, you’ve already taken a meaningful first step. Together, we can work toward the changes and healing you’re hoping for.

How I Work

My work is grounded in attachment theory and informed by an integrated approach, drawing from multiple evidence-based approaches to best meet your needs. Ultimately, this means that we’ll collaborate to figure out what will work best for you in achieving your goals. Therapy with me is about blending insight and action. My goal is to help you lead a life that feels more empowered, fulfilled, emotionally stable, and connected.
